Scott M. Morley is an Associate with Martin, Shudt, Wallace, DiLorenzo & Johnson. Mr. Morley focuses his practice on corporations, trust & estates, vehicle and traffic, landlord/tenant, real estate and health care law. He has participated in the Legal Services Program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since he joined the firm.


He has served on a number of community boards, including serving as the President of the Kiwanis Club of Troy, NY and on the Executive Board of the Twin Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America. He also served as the unit Ombudsman for the US Navy Reserve, Naval Support Unit, Saratoga Springs, New York. Scott has served as the Secretary of the Corporation for the Capital Region Medical Research Foundation, Inc. since its formation in 2006.


He has advised a number of new not-for-profits through formation and the 501c3 application process. In 2007, Scott appeared pro hac vice in the Massachusetts Land Court.


While attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, he was awarded the Metros Scholarship Award for his performance with the Sixty-Plus Elder Law Clinic.


From 1988-1994, Scott served with the United States Marine Corps as an infantry squad leader and a tour with a nuclear weapons security unit in California. During those years, he spent quality time in South America, Africa, and the Middle East.
